ColorBurst Systems, Inc. (CSE) was founded in 1980, providing custom hardware and software to the magazine publishing industry. During this period, CSE's Professional Publishing System was used by large national weekly and monthly magazines. By the mid 90's CSE had expanded into developing a PC Windows software RIP to drive the IRIS Digital Proofer. This development launched the ColorBurst RIP, OEM'd to Vutek and Epson.

| The Layout version of the ColorBurst RIP runs on Windows 7 and Windows 8. This version supports the ability to add multiple images into a layout, preview, scaling, rotation, cropping, tiling, and step and repeat. A Hot Folder as well as a Mac to PC Networking Utility allows easy connectivity to your network.
